step-0
Put in a suitable container cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, corn starch, vanilla sugar. Mix.
step-1
I wanted a completely homogeneous air consistency for holiday cheesecake, so I ran the blend immersion blender.
step-2
Almonds placed in a bowl, pour the boiling water and boil a couple of minutes on medium heat. Drain off water and pour the almonds in cold water for a few minutes.

Pour water out and easily clean nuts. Spread them to dry in a napkin. You can grind almonds in a coffee grinder or blender to the desired state - crumb or flour... made Me want to leave the nuts intact.
step-4
To remove a convenient way for You the stones out of the cherries. I do it with the help of studs, so the berries remain nearly Zelenka.
step-5
Grease a baking dish with butter. Pour a small portion of the dough into shape, literally to cover the bottom.
step-6
Spread the almonds. Carefully pour the almond test, a little test left.
step-7
Lay the cherries.
step-8
Berries pour the remaining batter. Preheat the oven to 180* and put the dish into the preheated oven for 1 hour. After 15 minutes I lowered the temperature to 150*. Be guided by Your oven!!!
step-9
By whipping blender cheesecake the strong rises in the oven, but then settles. Turn over the finished cheesecake on a dish. Give it to cool completely and decorate according to your taste.
step-10
I sprinkle the cheesecake with powdered sugar and decorated with mint leaves, cherries, cherries and almonds. Bon appetit!!!
