Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    700 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Semolina

    100 g

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Fish and onion, and blend it in a blender- ( first fish, then onion). Squeeze a bit of juice.

Add the fish with onions, the egg, semolina and cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Put into the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes

Oil heat, pour into a bowl of semolina, blind cutlets and breaded in manke,- ( slight movement will roll cake for yourself..) to Fry to readiness.
