Cooking
Separate the whites from the yolks. Vzbit proteins in the foam.
Mix the egg yolks, sour cream, boiled condensed milk and nuts. Add the flour and vanilla sugar. Put the resulting mass proteins and gently stir. Spread the dough on the molds. Bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for 30-40 minutes until dry sticks.
After cooking, remove from the molds, sprinkle with powdered sugar and allow to cool.
The combination of nuts with chocolate mass leaves the divine fragrant taste in the mouth. The muffins turned out so soft that they were snapped up still hot for 5 minutes, not allowing them to cool down!
