Cooking
In the pan combine yogurt, egg, sugar, salt. Mix well.
Sift flour with baking soda. Stir well to avoid lumps.
Then add the sunflower oil and again mix well. Leave the dough for 15 minutes to a reaction of buttermilk with baking soda.
After 15 minutes you can fry pancakes as usual on a frying pan. I decided to experiment and make the pancakes to churros-the maker (a device for cooking Italian dessert churros).
So my experiment was a success, fritters-churros ready :-)
Strain lime juice through a strainer.

Pour over the cream (100 ml), bring to boil, boil for 2 minutes. Cream, strain, add juice of lime, sweetened condensed milk and remaining cream. Mix well. The sauce is ready. The sauce is quite thick, but if you use a cream with a lower percentage of fat, the sauce will be more liquid.
