Potato baskets with chanterelles
At the weekend my boys went for mushrooms. And brought the Whole bokamoso CHANTERELLES. Though my and don't consider it a real mushroom, such as boletus, still we love them very much. And when searched in the Internet procurement (they also need to process ), found a very interesting idea. The dish is done to your taste by experimenting in the course of action. Well, who are already familiar with my recipes, you know, t like I love it. Show on your court. We really liked it.

  • Mushrooms

  • Mashed potatoes

  • Chicken fillet

  • Dutch cheese

  • Onion

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

Prepare your ingredients. Iterate and wash the chanterelles. Boil them in little water salted, 30 min. enough time to cook the potatoes, can't wrinkle it, drain all the water and add 2 tbsp oil. Leave it to cool. There should be a chicken, but I added in the course of action, so in the photo it is not.

Chanterelles cooked pour into a colander and allow to merge broth. In a pan pour 2 tbsp oil, put finely chopped onion and chanterelles. Sauté 5 min.
