I had 8 pieces of pork steak on the bone.

Apricot sauce is my most favorite sauce to the meat and not only. My older son eats them with everything: meat, potatoes and even cucumbers dunks. For the sauce, break the apricots in half, remove the bone, place in a bowl. Add sugar - 3 tablespoons and 3 tablespoons of vinegar, stir. Let stand, zamarinuetsya 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes. In a pan heat the butter.
Fry on medium heat for 5 minutes. Then add Apple juice. My apricots were very juicy, ripe enough for me, this amount of liquid, you can add a little more water.
Add 2 tablespoons chili sauce sweet.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Boil the apricots for about 15 minutes.
Ready sauce with apricots, you can blend, but I grind through a sieve.
