Offer quick, delicious, aromatic salad of pickled fennel with tomatoes. Supplement green salad enriched with vitamins. Can be served with meat or fish.

Cooking
In pickled fennel add the onion, roughly chopped, stir and leave for a couple of minutes to bow slightly marinated. Add the tomatoes, cut into halves.
Various herbs (Basil, parsley, dandelion greens, garden ramsons (wild garlic).
Greens grind and add to the vegetables, pour in the olive oil, mix gently.
Put the salad in a salad bowl, add pepper and watercress. Salt to taste. Salad to serve immediately, the greens quickly darkens.
