Pineapple cake with caramel
Such recipes already have many, but each still differ from each other. My cake turned out very tasty and fancy, so I decided to share my recipe.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Pineapple

    1 can

In a baking dish (preferably with a thick bottom), pour the sugar, add a teaspoon of water and butter, heat to boiling mass, boil 5 minutes.

The caramel lay the circles of canned pineapple.

Separate the yolks from the whites, combine the sugar, whisking, add the softened butter, beat until a homogeneous mass of lush.

Add flour with baking powder, knead the dough.

Proteins vzbit in a cool foam, gradually add to the dough, stirring from the bottom up.

Put the dough on the caramel with pineapple

and bake about 50 minutes at T 180*C.

Cake to cool, flip the form on a tray and leave cake to soak up the caramel.

You can sprinkle sugar powder.
