Chocolate caramel cupcake with cinnamon
Cupcake cinnamon and vanilla, chocolate, caramel and cherry. Dough on yogurt-based with a little oil, but at the expense of fruit syrup - the cupcake turns out a beautiful pinkish color. Unfortunately photos do not convey all the colors and the taste, too, but I think that imagination will help us in this.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Yogurt

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cinnamon

    4 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    15 g

  • Cherry

    100 g

  • Syrup fruit

    3 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Caramel

    50 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Separate the yolks from the whites, put whites in the fridge; mix the flour with the baking powder...

Oil mixture mix well with the flour with the addition of yogurt.

To the dough add chocolate chips, caramel and cherries; mix well.

Add the whites, whipped in a solid foam with salt, mix well.
