Dessert in Riga style with cranberry sauce
Very long wanted to make this dessert because we were intrigued by such strange at first sight combination. But with berry sauce D arbo decided to bring the recipe to life and want to share it with You, because the result exceeded my expectations! This is a very tasty, tender and at the same time, crispy dessert with a noble acidity... come on, teach!

Ingredients

  • Bread

    400 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Berry sauce

    6 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Condensed milk

    100 g

  • Liqueur

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Bread cut into large chunks and trim the crusts. Chop with a knife until large crumbs.

Send to a heated pan and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Mix well. Podrumyanivaya crumbs in the pan stirring occasionally until crisp. The inside of the bread should remain soft. It will take 5-7 minutes.

Whisk the cream until stable peak and gradually enter condensed milk. Our cream mousse is ready.
