Spicy liver salad with vegetables
Very hearty, healthy salad. Perfect for buffet serving. His motto is "FAST, DELICIOUS, FESTIVE!".

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    400 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Pepper white

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

To cook the liver. Wash, slice, fry in a dry pan for 3 minutes, stirring. Evaporate the liquid. Then add the vegetable oil and fry until Golden brown.

Onion cut into feathers, pour 1 tbsp of soy sauce. I use easy TM Kikkoman.

Pour in the vinegar and stir, leave for 5 minutes.

In a salad bowl to put a hot liver, add pickled onions.

Pepper ( more beautiful will look multi-colored) wash, peel and cut into thin strips. Add to liver with onions.

Small tomatoes ( in the case of tomatoes, to increase their number ) to wash, chop into quarters and put in a salad.

Prepare the filling : olive oil mixed with pepper and 1 tbsp of soy sauce. I use easy TM Kikkoman. Eastern touch of sauce will add zest to the liver. Mix well.

Add to salad chopped greens, leaving a bit for decoration and dressing, mix and serve.
