Salad with millet and vegetables
For dinner I used to eat vegetable salads and tasty, and useful, and to shape good! But, with the onset of cold weather, the body needs something more hearty... And then I come to the aid of cereals TM "Mistral", which I add to salads. Today's variant - with the grain!

Ingredients

  • Millet

    0.5 cup

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Arugula

    1 handful

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Pumpkin seeds

    1 handful

Cooking

Millet, TM "Mistral" cook in boiling salted water until tender (20-25 minutes). Cool.

Green peas and blanch for 3-4 minutes, cool.

Carrots and beets grate on a coarse grater, arugula rinse and dry.

Refills. Combine vegetable oil, Apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, mustard and sugar.

All the ingredients of salad mix, season with the sauce obtained.

Salad put in a salad bowl or on a plate, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
