Description
This is a very simple and easy salad that will bring you only benefits: orange is rich in vitamin C, and beets, tomatoes and flax seed have a positive effect on the circulatory system.

Cooking
For this dish I used the pot Zepter.
Beet wash, peel and cut into small pieces.
Put the slices of beet in a pot Zepter, pour 1 tablespoon of water, close the lid. Put the saucepan on the stove, turn on medium heat. When the arrow of the controller reaches the green fields, reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes. Then remove the saucepan from the heat and leave for another 3-5 minutes, then remove the beets and cool.
On a plate lay out sliced in half cherry tomatoes.
Then place the "fillet" of orange.
Sprinkle the salad with olive oil, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and flax seeds.
