Fish-pumpkin gratin
This recipe for hot snacks than it resembles all known Julien. And what is particularly good is because the main ingredient can be any. Today I want to offer not the usual combination of fish and pumpkin. But do not worry, everything is perfectly combined and complement each other. And the one who doesn't know what he's done, never guess about the presence of pumpkin.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    400 g

  • Pumpkin

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Cream

    90 ml

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Dutch cheese

    75 g

  • Wine white semi-dry

    50 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Ingredients.

The onion and finely chop the pumpkin. In a pan pour oil and add butter. Heated and put our chopped vegetables. Fry until cooked.

Add flour and stir-fry for about 2 minutes Then remove from the heat and quickly stirring pour the milk. Add the wine (if you don't want to use it, just increase the amount of milk) and put on the fire, stirring all the time until boiling. Pour in the cream, again stirring bring to a boil and remove. Into the sauce put our fish, cut into small pieces. Mix well, pepper and salt.

Arrange in ramekins ( about 6 pieces) or one large one. I assure you the taste will not change. Sprinkle the top with grated cheese.

Bake at t=180 for about 15 mins Serve immediately.
