Cooking
Let's start with the cooking oil mixture and will not forget to turn on the oven to 180 degrees. Butter rubs, one at a time add the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs. RUB until then, until the mixture turns into white foam and the sugar has dissolved completely.
Now mix the sifted flour and baking powder. Add a few drops of rum and mix thoroughly.
In the flour with the baking powder, pour in oil mixture and mix thoroughly.
Wash raisins with hot water and candied fruit cut into smaller cubes.
Raisins, dry on a paper towel. Mix candied fruit with raisins and add 1 tbsp flour, mix thoroughly. Shake off excess flour.
The entire fruit mass is mixed with the dough.
Grease the form of butter and liberally sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Reduce the heating of the oven to 140 degrees. Pour in the batter and level it. Bake for about 60 minutes. 10 minutes after sending the dough in the oven, check the oven. Better to check that the dough is not burnt - if it has already happened - cover the form with cake in a double layer of foil.
The finished cake you can hold in the form for evaporation of excess moisture, then remove from the mold and cooling. Warm fruitcake if you wish, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar! Now it's time to brew some tea or coffee... Bon Appetit!!!
