Description
One muffin 175 calories. Despite the small amount of oil, the cupcakes are not made of rubber, and lush and tender. Very tasty with milk and strawberry jam.

Cooking
Rhubarb peel. Finely chop the rhubarb and Apple, mix them with flour (both flours) and baking powder. Melt margarine, mix with soy milk and egg, whisk and pour into the flour mixture. Mix well.
To turn on the oven to 190* the Dough is put into molds for muffins (if there are no cuffs, the cookie cutters well lubricated with oil). Bake for 30 minutes at 190* (to check the readiness of a splinter).
Muffins are very delicate, it is better to wait for it to cool down, then remove. The middle porous with a slightly moist stuffing.
You can, of course, and decorate as desired. And, you can pour muffins and strawberry jam to knead with milk (well, that is 175 kcal? - only 15 minutes of running on the treadmill...)
