Oat casserole with milk and no flour
This morning I made a delicious casserole. A couple of slices of this casserole and this is a good start to the day...

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1.5 cup

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Dried fruits

    1 handful

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Salt

Cooking

Take oat flakes, a pinch of salt,

pour into a bowl, pour warm milk and stir. Cover with a lid and leave for 30 minutes.

Softened butter to grind with sugar and then add eggs, stir with a whisk.

Connect the oat flakes with the egg mixture, add sour cream,

grated on a fine grater carrots

and dried fruits.

Stir and pour into a greased baking dish. The dough should be slightly liquid.

Bake at 170°C for 45 minutes. Casserole does not like much heat. In the end, the temperature of the baking to increase Browning of the crust.
