Easter cottage cheese
Greetings to all. I do this kind of Easter every year, like the taste of ice cream with chocolate chips. If I repeat, excuse me, but maybe my recipe someone can come in handy, because the compositions are different. Thank you for understanding. Enjoyable and delicious Easter!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    800 g

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Dark chocolate

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Candied

    20 g

  • Vanilla

    1.5 g

Cooking

Strain the curd through a sieve, add the butter and mix thoroughly. Add sour cream (better whisk) and mix again.

Add the condensed milk, I have cooked and vanilla. Mix well.

Grate bitter chocolate. I used a little less tiles (to taste). Add to cheese mixture and stir. You can melt the chocolate (who he loves).

Finely chop the candied fruit. I used the pineapples. Number of taste. Mix well.

Collect a form (or use another container) soaked gauze to pave the form and put in her delicious cottage cheese.

To bend the edges of the gauze, put a form with the curd mass in a deep container (as will be leaving a lot of liquid) put on top of the load and leave at room temp. in about 10 hours. Then put into the refrigerator, it is better if it there will be another 10-12 hours (load can be reduced or removed).
