Meat pancakes
In my family this dish is called "the lazy chops", but I understand that, first, the word "lazy" in a recipe means quick cooking, and secondly, for meat chops necessary to beat. In fact, this dish is prepared very quickly. Just when I came up with these burgers, that's the name they gave my daughter. The way it caught on in our family. And, of course, then my favorite technique with three types of meat.

Ingredients

  • Veal

    200 g

  • Pork

    200 g

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Greens

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Dry white wine

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Bread crumbs

Cooking

Cut meat so that the pieces are ready at the same time. I.e. veal - sooo small, pork - chicken bigger and bigger all.

Bow heroically three on a grater.

Garlic passed through the frog or chop with a knife and grind with salt to give juice.

Greens finely chop. Can the onion, cesoc and greens grind in a blender, but I usually cook early in the morning when everyone is asleep, so all you have to "grind" legs :)

Add the onions, garlic, herbs to meat. There the egg, salt, add freshly ground pepper and wine. Knead well and put in refrigerator for 15-30 minutes to marinate.

Add the grated cheese and flour. Stir.

Take a tablespoon of the stuffing, dip them in breadcrumbs and shape the meatballs.

Heat the frying pan with vegetable oil. Before to put our "chop" on the pan, flatten it into a pancake with a thickness of about 1 cm Fry on both sides. They are fried very quickly, in just 1-2 minutes on each side.
