Sandwiches with pesto
Very tasty and hearty Italian sandwiches from a children's cookbook. Very easy and quick to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Parmesan

    0.25 cup

  • Pine nuts

    1 Tbsp

  • Basil

    1 cup

  • Allspice

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Mozzarella

  • Bread

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Mince the garlic and chop with Parmesan in a food processor.

Add the pine nuts and grind everything together to a state of crumbs.

Add the Basil and 3 tbsp olive oil and grind until smooth.

Mix 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp of milk.

Bread cut into pieces 1.5-2 cm, brush both sides with oil mixture and milk and lightly fry on the grill pan. If this is not the pan, you can use a regular toaster.

Pepper lay on trays lined with foil and put in preheated to 200 degrees oven.

Cut the pepper into long thin slices, and mozzarella on the slices.
