Lemon pancakes with dates
Pancakes this week anyone on the "Cook" not surprised - such a big variety! And yet, I'll try! Ingredients

  • Syrup fruit

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    8 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    2 piece

  • Cards

  • Powdered sugar

  • Salt

Wash the dates, remove the stone. Pulp mince.

The zest of two lemons to RUB on a small grater. From lemons to squeeze the juice.

Eggs lightly whisk, add salt, sugar, butter (melted), 3 tbsp lemon juice 2 tsp lemon zest, flour.

While mixing, gradually add warm boiled water (I added "by eye"). The dough should be sufficiently liquid.

In the pulp of dates, add 2 tsp lemon juice and remaining zest, and fruit syrup (I used liquid syrup from under strawberry jam).

Fry the pancakes on ONE side (the pan grease with vegetable oil). On toasted side put the cooked lemon-date stuffing.

Wrap envelope and fry in butter until Golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. I pointed out the number of ingredients makes approximately 8 pancakes, so to speak, on trial. If you like, can double!
