Despite the great variety of potato salads, this was perfect for me. Delicious baked potato goes well with the piquancy of onions and sweet and spicy dressing. For a great representatives of humanity this salad could replace the side dish.

Cooking
Potato peel, cut into fairly large cubes, season with salt and drizzle with 0.5 tablespoon of sunflower oil. Bake in a preheated at 180 degree oven for 30 minutes until Golden brown. I did multivarka mode Pastries, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
While preparing the potatoes, slice the onions thin half-rings.
Mix sunflower oil (3 tbsp oil "Oleyna") with balsamic, garlic, red chilli, parsley and honey.
Ready potatoes cool slightly. Mix all ingredients, let stand for one hour.
