Bought the new issue of "Gourmet cakes" and saw a wonderful and useful cake. It is very nutritious and if you're hungry and your next meal is far away, you can easily eat this delicious miracle, and nourish your body with nutrients.

Simmer the apricots in 300 ml of water for 30 minutes until soft. Porirua dried apricots together with the liquid in which it was stewed.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. RUB the butter into the flour to fine crumbs. I took the flour in half: one part wheat flour and other whole grain that made my brownies even healthier. Originally only wheat flour.
Mixed sugar, oatmeal and chopped hazelnuts. Pour 3 tablespoons water, knead and make a dough.
Spread a thick layer on the bottom of the mold half of the dough.
Spread on top of apricot puree and spread with a spoon.
Grind in a large crumb the remaining dough, sprinkle them our great cake :) and put in oven for 30 minutes. Let cool in the form and spread on a dish. Cut into 8 pieces.
These brownies can be stored in an airtight container up to 4 days and can be frozen :)
