On one site I stumbled on this rather interesting recipe. A little bit of playing around, got this dish. Very delicate and delicious taste! Satisfying!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sour cream

  • Mayonnaise

  • Spices

  • Marinade

Three on a small grater carrots, mix with finely chopped tomato.

Zucchini wash, cut along. Sauté and season with salt on both sides.

Carrots and tomatoes and fry in oil. Mix with sour cream and mayonnaise, add the pepper mix, season with a little salt.

Add to prepared stuffing with finely chopped onion. Fry a mixture of minced meat and onion (mince pre-mixed with the marinade), to extinguish 5 minutes under the lid.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.
