On one site I stumbled on this rather interesting recipe. A little bit of playing around, got this dish. Very delicate and delicious taste! Satisfying!

Cooking
The original ingredients.
Three on a small grater carrots, mix with finely chopped tomato.
Zucchini wash, cut along. Sauté and season with salt on both sides.
Carrots and tomatoes and fry in oil. Mix with sour cream and mayonnaise, add the pepper mix, season with a little salt.
Add to prepared stuffing with finely chopped onion. Fry a mixture of minced meat and onion (mince pre-mixed with the marinade), to extinguish 5 minutes under the lid.
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
Form for baking lay foil, lay out zucchini, then the meat.
Then put carrots, pour sour cream and sprinkle with cheese.
Put on top the slices of zucchini.
Close foil, put in preheated oven for 15 minutes. The temperature 220 degrees.
