Salad with Turkey and rice
For the recipe of this salad I want to thank my girlfriend Irina, a talented cook vlirli. When she found out that I will participate in Special projects, start rattling off ideas and sent me this recipe!!!

Ingredients

    200 g

  • Turkey

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Yogurt

    140 g

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

Cooking

A mixture of Quinoa and basmati rice Mix pour water and put on fire. Cook until ready 15 minutes. While mixture is boiling, cut the Turkey breast into small pieces. Spread on a hot frying pan, greased with oil and fry on both sides until cooked.

Pepper cut into cubes.

Celery thin slices.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. In the yogurt add olive oil, spices, stir.

Give the rice to cool, place it in a deep plate.

Add half of the sauce, pepper, celery, stir.

Collect salad.
