Rice salad with pistachios
If you want to impress your guests, papitchaya dish of Indian cuisine. This is a very original salad and spicy snack. On the plate it looks elegant, colorful and appetizing!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    0.333 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Figure

    200 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.333 tsp

  • Carnation

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Lemon

    1.5 piece

  • Allspice

  • Orange

    1.5 piece

  • Cardamom

    0.25 tsp

  • Pistachios

    50 g

Cooking

Carrots, chop coarsely, you can add celery (it's not for everybody), I have not added.

The carrots and onions blanched in salted water for 2 min.

Onions fry in vegetable oil, add ground ginger and pepper.

For the salad take a pic of the bubble mix from TM "Mistral"

Rice add fried onions, cover with water, adding cinnamon, cloves, salt, and cook on a slow fire

Cooked rice cooling and have cooled add the carrots, juice of 1 orange and lemon (but that's to your taste), 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Season with pepper, salt and cardamom and leave for half an hour. Add the pistachios.

Serve with orange and lemon.
