Creamy nut halva
Tender, flavorful cream cake. Has a rich taste of nuts, and halva gives a special delicious touch. The texture of the dough is very loose, crumbly and at the same time, the cake is very juicy.

Ingredients

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Lemon peel

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Liqueur

    3 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Halva

    150 g

Cooking

Beat the eggs with the sugar until increase in 2 times.

Add the cream, sour cream, lemon zest and liqueur. Knead homogeneous mass.

Add the sifted flour with the baking powder. Knead homogeneous dough.

Finely chop nuts. Halvah cut into medium cubes. To your taste I did with sesame halva, but can be any.

Chopped nuts and pour the halva into the dough and gently, by hand, stir with a spoon.

Pour the batter into the molds and bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

To give the cake a little to cool in pan 15-20 minutes, then gently remove. Hot-water is removed very bad, the dough is so delicate and crumbly that it is likely to take it in parts ))))) I was in a hurry, and I have one side slightly collapsed. Why show only half of it.
