To feed a small nehochuha cheese - Oh, how difficult! This cake is one of the few cheese dishes, which my daughter eats. This cake is light, not too sweet, will love your children and you! As always, my recipe is easy and quick!

Cooking
Mix all ingredients for the dough: sift the flour with the baking powder, add the softened butter, sugar, egg, honey, sour cream and salt.
Knead a soft dough. It will be sticky, but the flour no more to add. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 3 parts. Let me remind you that the flour is no longer pours.
With wet hands spread the dough on the bottom of the form. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until Golden brown. My oven leaves a lot to be desired, so I had to flip the cakes to brown on both sides.
All products for souffle put into a saucepan.
Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
HOT souffle fluff cakes. The top layer of cheese. Leave at room temperature for a few hours.
On top you can decorate with coconut flakes or powdered sugar.
