Similar to dumplings to taste or type of meat pies.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    5 piece

  • Tomato juice

    200 ml

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Spices

  • Salt

From flour, water and eggs, knead dough, as for dumplings, give to lie down for 40 minutes.

Stuffing mix with chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste. Onion cut into half rings, fry in vegetable oil, add tomato juice.

Roll the dough into a thin layer. To lay out stuffing.

Dip each piece in flour on both sides. On a greased baking sheet lay out "roses", a cut up. On top put fried onion with tomato juice.
