Pour vegetables in coconut broth, add to the ginger, vinegar, cumin, turmeric, sugar, salt and black pepper. Stir, bring to a boil.
It remains only to put the resulting sauce over the pieces of fish and cook it in the sauce for 30-40 minutes. That's all! During this time the rice is cooked. Five minutes before the end of cooking, add half the coconut, then fold the rice together with shavings in a colander, put the rice in a deep bowl and season with vegetable oil.
