Mushrooms, for kichmengsky + salad
Mushrooms in a jar bought each of us though time, but to prepare pickled mushrooms at home ever not for everyone. Mushrooms - a great appetizer, as for the festive table, and picnic. Pickled mushrooms become savory and tender taste, they can apply to any garnish, or you can make them a salad. In this recipe I combined the mushrooms as an appetizer and the subsequent preparation of them salad. Try it, it's delicious!

  • Soy sauce

  • Coriander

Mushrooms wash. In a pot of boiling water, about zo ml, add spices and Bay leaf.

In the boiling marinade put the mushrooms, add soy sauce, lemon juice.

The mushrooms put the onions, sliced rings. Boil for 3-4 minutes.

While the mushrooms cook cut into rings, radish salad and green onion.
