Cooking
In a small saucepan, melt the milk, butter, salt and sugar (60 g). Off to the side.
The remaining 10 g of sugar and dry yeast (in my photos) added to warm water and stir. Leave for 5-10 minutes.

Add lightly beaten eggs, stir.

Remove the prepared dough back into the Cup (you can lubricate the walls of oil), cover with a damp towel and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes (I left for 1 hour at room temperature).
The dough should increase in 1,5-2 times.
The finished dough roll out to a thickness of 4-5 mm.
For the filling, chocolate RUB on a grater, mix with sugar. Melted butter, grease the dough and evenly sprinkle with the chocolate mixture. Gently roll the dough into a loaf.
Cut the finished roll. The width of the cut segments should be approximately equal the height of your form, which will bake. Spread in a greased form so that between them was a small space. I got one this mold and separately 5 stuff. Cover with a towel and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Put in oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes until Golden brown.
For the cream whisk all the ingredients ready and grease cream buns (directly in the form).
I decided to decorate them with melted chocolate, but you can skip this step.
