Description

Fusilli with Apple mousse
Just awesome delicious dessert! I swear! Crispy dough with chocolate with a delicate hint of Apple and cinnamon mousse is a real bliss! And the name is due to the fact that the bottom and the top of the dessert is made in the form of "spirals".

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    2 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

Cooking

step-0
Apples clear from the core and peel and cut into small pieces.
step-1
Put into a saucepan, cover with water (water should cover the apples) and put on medium heat. After boiling, reduce the fire, add the cinnamon and cook until soft apples. Must remain a little water!
step-2
Beat with a blender to puree, return to heat, add semolina and cook for 2 minutes. Allow to cool.
step-3
Mix the sugar with the cocoa powder. Puff pastry to thaw. I have 2 layer size 20 by 10.
step-4
The dough sprinkle with sugar mixture.
step-5
The dough is rolled into rolls and put for 15 minutes in the freezer.
step-6
The rolls then cut across in thin slices.
step-7
At the bottom of the tins (I have 4) put the slices of dough (for each cookie cutters I used 4-5 pieces of dough), crush with your fingers to avoid gaps. (Leave several slices of the dough.)
step-8
Spread on top of applesauce. The remaining circles of dough out thinly with a rolling pin and put on the mousse.
step-9
Put in a preheated 220 degree oven for 25 minutes. Delicious both hot and cold.
