Roulade with mushrooms
Delicious, an omelet roll stuffed with mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    200 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

Cooking

Mushrooms cut and fry.

Onions cut and fry separately from the mushrooms. Then combine mushrooms with onions.

Beat the eggs with milk, season with salt and pepper.

Cheese to grate and add to egg mixture and mix well.

Baking tray lay a foil, to make a dough and pour the mixture into it. Bake in the oven for 10 min.

Remove from the oven, allow to cool. To turn on polyethylene, foil remove.

On the omelet put the mushroom stuffing.

Roll into a loaf and place in the fridge for 1.5-2 hours. To serve, cut into serving pieces.
