Puff pastry
Purchased puff pastry... tired, and cooked it.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    1 pack

  • Cheese curd

    200 g

  • Cheese

    2 can

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Fish

    1 pack

Thaw the dough in a cool place. Roll out not thin (I had cakes "Napoleon" rolled out very thin and was not very high puff pastry). Therefore, roll out the dough to 2 times thicker than "Napoleon".

To take two forms - one more, another less. Cut 4 circle, two of them cut a smaller shape in the middle (as shown in photo).

On a cold baking sheet (sprinkle it with flour, I sprinkle and places of puff pastry stuck to the pan) put a circle, apply the beaten egg on the circle to put the "ring",which also lubricate the egg. The center of the circle, carefully pierce with a fork (to avoid bulging middle). Put in preheated oven to 200 degrees (pre-heat it for 10 minutes), bake for 15 minutes.

While puff pastry is baked, prepare the filling. Cottage cheese (or ricotta) and mash them with a fork, add the garlic. Melted cheese can be added (instead of it is fine 2 tbsp mayonnaise or thick cream, because the cheese was not felt)

Greens, sliced fish, salt. Mix gently.

Ready puff pastry out onto a plate. As you can see in the photo, I forgot to pierce the middle, so I had to take.

Press down the middle gently so as not to damage our beauty.

Ready to fill puff pastry with filling. Bon appetit!
