Ginger cookies with candied fruit
Sweet and wholesome cookies for the morning coffee.

Ingredients

  • Flakes cereal

    300 g

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Ginger

  • Turmeric

  • Sugar

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Raisins

    0.5 cup

  • Candied

    0.5 cup

  • Sunflower seeds

    1 handful

The cereal I have here are the "5 cereals", fast food. Chop about 300 g in a blender or coffee grinder until flour.

Cereal flour pour the Cup of yogurt(or kefir). I ferment the "Alitalia",I have always in the fridge there!))

Add the egg, sugar(three tablespoons I put),slaked soda, ginger (I almost Practica poured approximately 10 grams), turmeric for color, margarine RUB on a grater and knead the dough with a spoon. It is well mixed.

Raisins scald and rinse well, the candied fruit cut smaller and with the seeds stir in the dough.

Wet hands to form the cookies and arrange on a baking sheet. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes. They slightly increase in size.

Take out from the oven and serve with coffee or tea! And tasty,and useful! (Grains - fiber,after all :-).
