Dessert of couscous with carrot salsa
The symbiosis of sweet and sharp is loved by many. Here is one small but effective dessert.

Ingredients

  • Gelatin

    5 piece

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Couscous

    80 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Orange juice

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sauce

    4 Tbsp

Soak gelatine in cold water. Milk bring to a boil. I put in microwave for 1.5 min. at 750. Couscous put in the milk. And leave for 10 minutes to swell.

The yolks with the sugar and orange juice to put in a water bath and a little make foam. Gelatin is good to shake and dissolve in the egg mixture. All mix well again. Cool slightly

Meanwhile, whisk cream to peaks. When the egg mass has cooled, alternately add the couscous and cream. All stirring well.

Lay on the molds and leave to congeal. Better at night - more reliable and drama-free.

Prepare salsa. For this carrot grate or very finely diced. Orange juice bring to boil and put the carrots. Cook it for a while. Cool slightly.

Add the Sauce from Chile. If necessary, add salt a little bit. The sauce should be sweet-tangy taste. Before submitting the forms to drop for a few seconds in hot water and shake. Pour on top of salsa.
