The recipe has turned itself due to the urgent need to use sour cream, because not today-tomorrow has expired. Cookies turns out crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with the aroma of buckwheat and cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat flour

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Cinnamon

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.125 tsp

Flour to connect with baking powder and mash with butter. Flour may need a little less, depending on the density of sour cream. Therefore, it is better to leave a little and if you want to add. Pour in the butter and the flour, 3/4 Cup of sugar. In dry mass, add sour cream and egg. Knead a soft dough, it will be slightly sticky.
