Cooking
Shrimp boil in boiling water for no more than 3 minutes. Drain in drushlag and allow to cool.
We clean our shrimp from the shell. We put in a deep capacity pour vegetable oil, add the lemon juice, pepper, salt, chopped greens and marinade for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Prepare the dough. In cold milk (or water), add salt, a little sugar, 1 tbsp vegetable oil without smell, eggs, add flour and knead liquid dough. Egg whites whip better separately and add last.
At the fork take the shrimp, dip in batter and drop in hot vegetable oil.
Take out the shrimp on a paper towel to stack excess fat.
On a garnish to submit fried shrimp potatoes or slices of lemon. If you like, you can separately submit a sauce for fish or seafood. AND OF COURSE, A GLASS OF WHITE WINE!!! WITH A HOLIDAY FAVORITE!!!
