Salad with beans, tofu, and tomatoes
Light but hearty salad for a homemade dinner in the Post and not only. Beans and tofu contain necessary for the body proteins, the tomatoes add juiciness and seasoning with grain mustard and wine vinegar makes the salad taste much richer.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    0.5 cup

  • Lettuce

    0.5 coup

  • Cherry tomatoes

    100 g

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Tofu

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    0.5 tsp

If you have already finished beans, the salad can be made in a matter of minutes))) I cooked beans for the pate and held it back for salads. So, boil the beans according to instructions on the package.

Prepare the ingredients - the lettuce, wash, tear, slice onions into half-rings, tomatoes slices...

Tofu, crumble or cut into cubes.

For an astonishing filling, mix olive oil, grain mustard and red wine vinegar. I used the oil from sun-dried tomatoes, so the salad is even tastier)))

On a plate put the salad leaves, tomatoes, beans, onions and tofu, pour dressing... And enjoy a nice salad!
