Light juicy vegetable salad, persimmon and cheese, interesting notes which makes a tangy dressing.

Prepare necessary ingredients: - lettuce "iceberg" wash and dry; - wash cucumber, trim ends; - persimmon wash, remove the stalk, peel if knit, cut with a knife; - walnuts are crushed; the parsley wash and dry; - cheese; - horseradish (prepared sauce) - for refueling; - mayonnaise "Light" with lemon juice, 40% - for refilling.

Prepare the filling: in the mayonnaise, add prepared horseradish and ground pepper to taste.
