Salad with barley porridge
Salad of axe;) Recipe found on the package of pearl barley mark "Zhmenka". Tried - it turned out very tasty, hearty and simple to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Pearl barley

  • Onion

  • Carrots

  • Feta

  • Vegetable oil

  • Lemon

Soak barley for several hours (I usually put at night). Recline in a colander, pour boiling water of 1:3 and cook for 35-40 minutes until tender.
