Muffins with green onions and Chile
Elegant and spicy, these spicy muffins are good for Breakfast, for lunch with a plate of nourishing soup, or just with a glass of dry wine. Recipe from "the your ordering" Yulia Vysotskaya.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    175 g

  • Corn flour

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    4 sprig

  • Milk

    175 ml

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Egg lightly whisk, add the olive oil, milk and finely chopped onions. Mix well.

Mix two kinds of flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and chilli flakes. To combine liquid and dry ingredients. Long knead not necessary, otherwise the muffins will turn out rubbery. The main thing to avoid unmixed flour.
