Bread with chicken
Sandwiches are a versatile dish which can be a very simple appetizer, and a separate dish. Offer to cook a delicious, hearty sandwich for a perfect snack of bread and chicken. For the idea and inspiration thank Arthur Kalachnikov.

Ingredients

  • Bread

    3 slice

  • Chicken breast

    120 g

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

    2 sprig

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bacon

    30 g

Cooking

Chicken (can use leftover baked chicken; grilled chicken) separated from the bones and cut into small pieces.

Onion peel and cut into small dice.

Finely chop the bacon.

In a pan heat vegetable oil and fry the onion until transparent.

Then add chicken, bacon and tomato paste.

Mix well, season with salt and pepper and fry for about three minutes.

Dry bread on the griddle pan or in the toaster.

On the bread spread the chicken sauté.

Sprigs of dill wash, dry, separate the greens from the stems and finely chop.

Sandwiches, sprinkle with herbs.
