Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

In a Cup mix the flour with the sugar, eggs, vegetable oil.

A thin stream pour the milk, constantly stirring the dough with a whisk.

Meat skip through Mincer. Finely chop the onion. Mix meat with onions, herbs, salt and pepper. Pour the cream or water and mix well.

On a heated pan pour the batter when the pancake is browned on one side, the half of the pancake quickly spread some of the filling.

Gently cover with the other half of the pancake, squeeze. Then remove the pancake from the pan and transfer to a baking dish. Each pancake sprinkle with melted butter so they don't stick together.

Preheat the oven to 180*C. Put the form in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
