Beef burgers with Basil
unusual and very tasty burgers

Ingredients

  • Beef

    600 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 tsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Basil

    4 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

beef wash, cut into pieces and grind in a meat grinder together with onions, mix the received forcemeat with eggs, mayonnaise, chopped Basil, salt, pepper and starch

mix well and leave for 1 hour

preheat the frying pan with olive oil, with wet hands form small patties and fry them on both sides ( you can put the patties with a spoon, not not roll )

until Golden brown ( optional, after roasting, to stew for 5 minutes cutlets in a saucepan, adding a little water)
