Cellophane with minced meat and sesame seeds

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    0.5 kg

  • Cellophane

    0.333 pack

  • Sesame oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Chili

  • Broth

    250 ml

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Sesame

    0.333 cup

Cooking

Rice pasta to cook according to the instructions on the package.

In a large frying pan (a wok is perfect!) heat sesame oil, soy sauce, put in a chopped chilli, garlic, sesame seed, after 30 seconds add the ground beef.

Sauté for 5 minutes, and then pour the broth. Cook for another 10-15 minutes.

Add the pasta and cilantro.
