Cottage cheese pie
Tender and very nutritious zapekanka, the cooking process is minimized, while on the palate it is reflected only for the better :) the Recipe is assembled in pieces - first tried in the morning and fired up to repeat that miracle, then and there knew that, there, heard, something added happened och-h-ry even tasty!

Ingredients

  • Curd

    600 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Semolina

    5 Tbsp

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Sour cream

Cooking

Fall asleep semolina in a bowl and pour the milk, stir and leave to infuse while preparing the Foundation.

In another container put 3 packs of curd mass (here is optional - it is possible for your own taste to make the manipulation of the masses types of cheese :)). In this case it is a regular curd with raisins and another with dried apricots.

Add eggs.

And mix with a mixer.

In the resulting mass add swollen semolina in milk.

And stir again.

Soda Gasim vinegar, add it there and once again a good stir.

Spread in a baking dish, put in oven minutes for 40-50 min. (depending on slab temperature). But I have a wonderful technique called Multivarka Panasonic, which is able not only to cook porridge, stew meat and cook for a couple, but baking pastries and quiches! So I post in it the resulting mass.

Put the timer on 60 minutes. And forget about the casserole for a while.

After the timer get delicious zapekanka.
