Chocolate cake
The first version of the cake for the birthday son-in-law.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    150 g

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Starch

    40 g

  • Butter

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 pack

  • Sugar

    270 g

  • Yolk egg

    5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Wine red sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Jam apricot

    100 g

  • Juice

    200 ml

Cooking

In a Cup break 5 eggs, add 2 egg yolks and sugar. And put in a water bath.

Whisk the eggs until frothy.

Remove the egg mixture from bath and continue whisking for 5 minutes.

Spread the batter into the pan and bake for 30-35 mins at 190*C

While baking the cake, make the cream. Yolks, starch, sugar and 3 tbsp of milk whisk. The remaining milk to boil.

In boiling milk put the egg-starch mass, mix, and give once to a boil, remove from heat and allow to cool. This is our pudding.
