For this recipe you can prepare any vegetables and fruits. Cabbage, pepper, zucchini, carrot, potato, or vegetable mixture, as well as spinach, sorrel... in your taste.     Интересно, а что будет, если не делать отдельные "оладушки", а просто щалить кляром овощи и обжарить?
